Customers should generally contact us within 30 days after confirmed delivery when requesting a standard return.
Products should normally be unused beyond reasonable inspection and returned in a clean condition with essential accessories and components present.
Original product packaging, labels, instructions, and accompanying materials should be kept where reasonably possible until the customer is satisfied with the item.
